Brian KrebsCEO, Managing Broker
Prior to starting Synergy Real Estate Group Inc., Brian owned and operated a small Property Management firm that worked to develop land and to manage community associations and rental portfolios. Simultaneously, Brian worked as a Construction Manager for a boutique construction firm specializing in the redevelopment of urban land and construction of single and multifamily homes. In 2009, Brian decided to exit the construction and development business and open Synergy Real Estate Group Inc. to focus his strengths in the areas of rental property and community association management. Brian holds a Broker License from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
Dick KrebsAffiliate Broker, Rental Property Manager, HOA Management
Dick began working in 2005 as a community manager with a local community management company. During that time, he gained a wealth of knowledge working with all types of communities from scattered home communities, condominium communities and low-rise condominium buildings. Dick decided to leave that company and team up with Brian to start Synergy Real Estate Group Inc. in 2009. In 2006, Dick obtained his CMCA designation and he is a trained rule 31 mediator and carries an Affiliate Broker’s License with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission. Dick brings to your community effective communication and listening skills, as well as his wealth of knowledge and education involving community governance.
Isaiah ParhamAffiliate Broker, Rental Property Management, HOA Management, Real Estate Sales and Strategy
Proud Nashville native, Isaiah, formerly worked for a national design build firm in new home construction prior to beginning work with Synergy Real Estate Group, Inc in the fall of 2018. Isaiah specializes in onboarding and management of new HOA Development and he partners with Suzanne Morgan. Isaiah’s background and outstanding interpersonal skills enable him to relate and communicate well with both people in the field and office alike. Isaiah currently holds an affiliate brokers license with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
Suzanne MorganAffiliate Broker, Rental Property Management, HOA Management, Real Estate Sales and Strategy
Proud third generation Nashville REALTOR, Suzanne, worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant for a global professional services firm prior to beginning her career with Synergy in the Spring of 2018. The opportunity to grow her knowledge and work more closely with a wide range of individuals lead her to a position as a Construction Coordinator for a fire protection contractor followed by a position as Development Coordinator for a national, fast-casual restaurant chain. Grouping these past work experiences enable Suzanne to be an affective communicator with excellent organizational and management skills. She specializes in transitioning rental investor portfolios and partners with Isaiah Parham. Suzanne currently holds and affiliate brokers license with the Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
Allyson KrebsAffiliate Broker, Rental Property Management, Investment Sales and Strategy
A Nashville native Allyson began her career over 20 years ago working side by side with brother and CEO Brian Krebs in building a strong real estate asset portfolio primarily focused on residential investment property. Allyson specializes in asset placement for property investors. Allyson has extensive hands on experience in the residential markets around Nashville and the surrounding areas. Allyson brings with her exceptional communication and organizational skills she has gained over a lifetime of working in the field. Allyson currently holds an affiliate brokers license with the State of Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
Melanie LandersAffiliate Broker, Rental Property Management- Investment Sales and Strategy
A Nashville Native prior to beginning work with Synergy Real Estate Group in 2016 Melanie worked in the hospitality industry and retail sales where she gained a great deal of experience in communication customer service and organizational skills. Since joining the Synergy Real Estate Group team, Melanie quickly became proficient in working with tenants, property owners and service providers to achieve excellent returns for owners and maintaining great relationships with tenants with an emphasis on communication. Melanie holds an affiliate brokers license with the state of Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
